How do you clean the convertible's drain holes?

How do you clean the convertible's drain holes?
One my fears with owning a Vert is the drain holes in my 2010 GT getting clogged up. I have trees all around my house and even though it spends most of its time in the garage. Is there a procedure or how to vid around to clean them up?
