I guess I am okay with it. I am not crazy at it but I don't let it get black or brown covering my blue explorer.

I may be a little extreme as I wash it a minimum of once a week (daily driver GT/CS), vacume it every other week, California Duster use is frequent (once a day), Quick Detailer twice a week and a nice wax job once a month at a BARE minimum, Tire dressing a couple times a week, Quick Detailer on rims every other day. Engine bay detail once a month. yes I have no life except for the love of a clean shinny Mustang GT/CS.
As far as the '65 it is not driven as much so it gets a good wax job in the spring and then mid summer and end of the season with plenty of Quick Detailer in between.

all cars will get ruined just from driving over time. But stilll...i did just get suckered into spending $250 in car wash products from adam's / amazon and autogeek. (except for the $15 bucket..there's no such thing as a professional bucket..its a bucket.but i have bought much in the past 7 years so i think i was due to stock up...and i spend around $15 when i go to a car wash. i'll still use the old sponge and bucket on my other car because its totally scratched up already. I can understand some people's hobby to devote a whole saturday in the garage...that's not me...well until the wife gets pregnant and becomes a hellbeast...
