A good car wash - minor buffing - LSP
I know this isn't my stang, but I think the same concept applies, to our stangs. Mods, if you feel you should move this, go on ahead... but anyways...
Car was finally cleaned after delivery. Did a 2 bucket grit guard wash (my 3yr old son rinsed ), dried with leaf blower, then I used my PC and orange/gray pads to correct the hood of some dealer instilled marring/swirls. I have to do the rest of the car yet, but this is good for now. I wanted to prepare the car for clear bra-ing next week, so I wanted the hood, fender, and bumpers corrected.
key takeaways:
Remember to take care when washing. Washing is responsible for 80% of swirls. Get a fresh set of mitts (2 to 3), wash top down, use grit guards, and dry with a leaf blower and many many clean MF towels. Clay bar and correct the paint if needed.
Finally, she's wearing Jetseal and 50/50 for LSP's. Your waxes will only do you good if the surface is smooth and defect free.
Enjoy.
intense flake pop. First set of photos are HDR, 2nd set are unedited. Enjoy.

Lol...
Thanks Steve... Yeah I had to give up my 12 year old civic finally, but had to get another reliable ride, with room for 2 kids. Getting rid of my z was the smartest thing I did.
