Well, after 6 months of careful driving I finally scratched the paint behind the rear wheel on the passenger side. Pulling out of a Wawa I scrapped it on one of those cement yellow poles that I thought I was clear of. Now I know how the stores got their name cause when I got out to look I wanted to go "Wa-wa" Just an inch square patch & another 2" x 1/4" gash for the worse, smaller scratches here & there, but the dealer is going to fix it for about $300. I don't have the tools to fix myself & don't want to use touch up paint. I want it to look like it never happened. Should be done before I go to Atco this weekend to see the Mustang Racing event. I'd have hated to go with the car looking like it does now. Lucky there were no dents though. Funny thing is I avoided about 4 accidents on Friday that would not have been my fault, then Sunday I pull this Goober move. Argh-h-h.

I've done the same thing about 20+ years ago in a fresh show quality painted Trans AM, but I dented the quarter panel and door. I was sick. I've never been able to keep any car close to perfect no matter how careful I am.
Good luck with your repair. As long as they can make the paint match, you should be ok.
