I just put my '05 GT away for the winter and finished the process off by covering her with a car cover called Dustop from California Car Covers. It fit perfectly and the quality is very good for the price. I highly recommend it for anyone storing their Mustang indoors. Here are pics and more info:

Yea, I just had to let them know that I had a factory spoiler so they could make room for it and it fit perfectly. It's very soft too.

I'll second that recommendation, I have one on my '93 Cobra and the protection and fit are excellent!!

I'll 3rd that, I have used one on my '03 Mach 1 for 2 years now, not one complaint about the cover!

Does the cover have elastic around the bottom?
