Curing of Blackfire paint protection

Hi all, just finished putting an entire coat of Blackfire paint protection on my 07 black gt. The curing time is about eight hours before wax can be put over Blackfire. Well after about four hours it started to rain, will the curing process continue even if the car is covered with rain water? Thanks for your reply.

I was under the impression with the polycharger in all BWD products you can layer over them immediately.

Blackfire paint sealant

Hi big papi, according to Blackfires product booklet and other users of the paint sealant, they say there is an eight hour curing period before applying wax over the sealant.

Thanks for the heads up. I did not wait the 8hrs before going over it with midnight sun. I hope I didn't waste my time and sweat!

If your paint has a watery look to it with a high shine then your hard work was Not wasted. My car is black it never looked this good. Blackfire is a great product. Enjoy irv.

It actually looks like liquid metal. I have never been happier with any other product and I have been trying different products for almost 30 years now.
