cleaning rims with a polished lip

for the life of me i cant the the polished lip part of my rims shinny. very stubborn water spots..what should i use to get them nice and shiney?

Without a photo or other information to go on ...

Have you tried a using clay bar? Should remove the stubborn water spots if nothing else.

Try something like P21S polishing soap. Should shine up the lip and remove the water spots easily.
