The California Duster
I really like my California Duster. Works great. But it did get filthy eventually. It gets so ****ed dusty around here especially during the summer. I use it all the time.
A coincidence. I just washed it for the first time today using Woolite in luke warm water. It's air drying now.
If you're interested I'll let you know if it still works as well after it's been washed.

BTW I just used Detailer's Pride High Performance Glass Restorer to remove some stuborn tiny spots on our Mustang's windshield.
Am I the only one here who hates these things?
I bought one once (yes it was a real one.) I did the newspaper thing, and it still left streaks and swirls. Plus the bag I had it it got all oily and probably seeped through to the trunk liner. I don't care what anyone says. If you use one of these things enough it WILL cause tiny hairlike scratches. It's like one of those gas station automatic car washes. Maybe not as bad, but eventually it has the same effect. Just wash and wax your car regularly and you'll be better off. Oh, and always carry quick detailer for bugs and bird ****.

The California Duster is great to keep in the trunk, you just have to know when to use and when not.
I finished putting another coat of the Turtle Wax Ice on the GT this past Sunday. It is amazing how slick the car looks and feels after application. i know the protection isn't as good as a serious coat of carnauba wax, but ours isn't out in the bad weather anyway.

........and another who doesn't care for 'em. Cured it, used it a few times on my black vehicles and it left paraffin trails everywhere. Cured it some more and the same trails. Threw it away. Now am back to QD and microfiber then top w/ Aquawax if I feel like it, almost as quick and better looking.
