Bra scuff marks on hood
#3
Clay bars will not remove scratches. They just remove stuff like tar, bugs, road grime, etc. Since you have scuff marks your paint is most likely scratched so the only way to get rid of them is to polish the area. Depending on how deep they are, you might need to use an aggressive swirl remover (such as Pinnacle advanced swirl remover), followed by a fine polish (Pinnacle advanced polish). If the swirl remover doesn't remove it then you need something more aggressive like a medium cut cleaner. One thing I find with scratch X is that although it works ok by hand, it works better with a machine. Just remember that you are getting rid of clearcoat to get rid of the scratches (at least with most products).

Polymer Sealant is good at removing scuff marks on the bra. Might need a few applications though and removal with a microfiber cloth.
The product I use is Polymer 2 Paint Sealant from Car Beauty Pro.

Are they "scuffs" as in the clear is damaged, or are they fine micro scratches.
Scuffs - May have to be re-cleared.
Scratches - 3M Ultrafina 3000, orbital buffer, and then polish, and wax.
