:-) I hesitated a bit when I saw the title of the thread...but since I'm covered either way (brown girl...black car) I thought I'd go ahead and read! I've had my black 2013 since June and I'm seeing the swirls. I came here looking for tips on how to avoid this...and I'm happy I did! I've found some very informative info.

I live in Atlanta...graduated from UT!

 

Four of the five I've had have been black. Loved them all. Didn't mind keeping them looking good. But as I get older and busier, it is harder to find the time, especially since they have all been daily drivers.

The current one shows the miles - some rock chips and the general yuckiness of winter.

I've got a workout ahead of me when the weather gets a little better.

 

I just bought a black on black on black 2013 gt and its a nightmare to clean and its only been 2 days

 

I owned two black cars in my time. Never again. Like mcate said it's a part time job!
There's no doubt it looks great though.

 

This falls into the 'what did you expect category."

But they sure are sexy when they are clean.
