Ok, I just did this yesterday...I used Blue Corral wash concentrate, Wesley's Bleche-White for the tires, Eagle One All Wheel and Tire Cleaner, and Simple Green All-Purpose Degreaser for inside of the wheel wells. A good strategy for easy drying is to take the nozzle of the hose and spray a soft stream of water all over the car, which gathers more water together and makes it way easier to dry (it took me 5 minutes to do this monster car). For the shine, I used The Glosser microfiber wax wipes...2 coats, Eagle One Tire Shine and Eagle 1 Tire Swipes for the tires, and Eagle One 20/20 perfect vision for the glass (wiped it with soft diaper cloth). I did not get to degrease the engine, and to anyone who wants to see the interior, just tell me and I will get pics. Comments and feedback are welcome.

Zach-

Lincoln looks great!! Nice work. Is that Lincoln in your family or did you detail it for someone else?

Good looking car Zach. I have people looking for the older Town Cars all the time. I work at Ray Pearman Lincoln/Mercury in Huntsville. If you're ever in the area stop by and say hi.

Oh, we have been there to have it repaired...we have a little problem with it though.....when it accelerates rapidly (usually uphill), it seems like the engine rattles and shakes...we think it might be the octane of the gas, but we have heard form some people it was made to run on low-octane. Can you help me out?

If you're running 87 octane in it I'd go to 89. You might try running some premium in it once in awhile.

It's too expensive, that's the major problem....we have to fill it up every few days cuz it's a gas guzzler, and with the rising cost of gas prices, we only use the lowest octane.....would octane booster or fuel system cleaner help?

For what a can of octane boost would cost it would be just as cheap to run 89.
