05 Convertible Top not operating

05 Convertible Top not operating

My 05 cconvertible top stoped operting and is stuck half way open. Appreciate any suggestions.

Check the smart junction box in the passenger side foot well. Behind that panel there is a fuse box. 10mm wrench to remove one screw. Check for water in the floor boards also.
