It is the tollway 130 that goes north from I-10 at Seguin to Austin. It is 85mph to Austin then drops to 80mph at Austin to Georgetown

I was heading west on the country highway 52, take exit on interstate 55 in Joliet. I was past Morris, close to starve rock but on 52 when I got it.
I was still trying figure out where he was sitting, because I don't ever remember passing him or cars, and no one was behind me when I was going, until last second. There was an old church there. I'm gonna assume he hid out there for awhile
