Same here. The Blue one looks much more aggressive and meaner.
GT-R's are no joke though.

Took mine to our local meet and, BOY, was it cold! And then rained on the way home, so I had to dry my car in the garage

Oh, and we had our first S550 show up. A US spec import.......absolutely perfect

Thanks for posting Paul. Nice looking cars.
Yeah,....the S550 cars are really nice. They've grown on me big time.

For the second time, I swapped out my Corsa Sports for the mellow Magnaflows. I love the Corsas, but the cold starts are brutal with the Magnaflow catted x and hot rod cams. Car isn't a DD, but I drive it to work sometimes real early and want to be respectful to the neighbors. I'm trying to get a friend to trade his Corsa Touring for my Sports, we'll see.

Took the green machine out for a cruise. Put about 30 miles on her today. Felt awesome. Sunny and temps in the 40's.

Glad you're still able to drive her at the moment. Mine never fully hibernates, but I won't drive her if there's salt on the roads. I try to avoid the rain, but that's not easy in the UK, even during the summer!

I hate the weather at this time of year though. Chilly, wet n windy

You're welcome Paul. I'm just waiting for you to post one day that you bought a S550. I bet you really want to. (I do. A S550 Roush Stage 3 with the Phase 3 kit. Or I could build my own, but that's too time consuming and A LOT more money than the Stage 3 would cost me. )
Yeah,.....winter time does suck. I took advantage of the weather yesterday. I just keep reminding myself of how long she has to sit for and get,...... .
lol

Just Before the Storm...We Ride!

The Sunday before Thanksgiving, the weather in North East Kansas was beautiful, and my poor 2014 GT was idle in the Garage. The co-pilot had just returned from being one of the faithful when I asked if we could take "The Beast" over to **** Noster, Missouri, and see if we could spot a "Spirit" launching from Whiteman AFB. Yes, no problem...as long as food was included. Of course, I wanted to take a few curvy back roads, such as the Jones-Meyer Road and the K-5. On the former, my co-pilot grabbed for side of the seat as we topped crest of a hill and entered the Earth's orbit or so it seemed. Fantastic and so Frank Bullitt! On the latter, some teen in an worn out chevy product tried to push me along by riding my bumper. So annoying. With due regard for the law, I became a Parnelli Jones of sorts and entered and exited each bend with a precision my Camaro commander couldn't master. Unfortunately, my co-pilot had troubles with keeping the lunch down, but the point was made! Thank you Ford and Brenspeed for the memories

Thumbs up

Oh, I'll get one at some point. It could be sooner, but I don't want to sell my S197. I've had her over 8 years now and she's part of the family, so an S550 would have to be an addition.

But, the S550 is soooooo much better than my early S197 in terms of driving dynamics. It's tempting, very tempting! I might see what the '18MY facelift brings!

That black one you posted is smokin', they're really starting to grow on me.

I've always liked yours though. Even with everything that has come out over the years, that is still one of my favorite wheels for the 05-09 cars. I wanted them on my SGT.

That's awesome Paul. Good luck bro!
Yeah,.......I'm thinking Roush Stage 3 with phase 3 kit is in my future. After I pay the truck off, of course, whenever I get it. LOL

Same here.
I am eating crow big time as I hated them when they first came out. I think they're pretty awesome looking now.

Certainly an RS3 would be a dream S550. You know it's right up there in my top 4, fighting for top spot with the Steeda Q750, GT350 and Saleen Black Label

That Steeda and GT350 though

Very nice looking Paul, you don't really see those wheels any longer. They have always been one of my favorites! What is the weather like around there this time of year? About 7 or 8 degrees?

There are only two things that smell like sushi. One of them is sushi.

I'd go with a supercharger. Less complex installation and a more linear power increase.
