I love my mustang, but there are some things that bother me, like the fact that I have to seriously crunch my neck to get in or I slam my head up against the body.

What are some of the things that bother you guys? Let's hear them, no matter how trivial you think they are.

Can't see **** out of the back window through the rear view mirror because of the spoiler, big difference from the '08 that was naked back there.

Don't like the blind spot mirrors in the side mirrors, they distract me when I glance over for a quick look.

Power passenger seat not available, no heated seats available.

Seven-stone chips, pits in windshield, holes in front bumper from stupid stock license plate bracket.

R-fuel cell bladder started leaking this weekend after some spirited driving, splitter scrapes on pennies in the road

Notch-holes in front bumper from stupid stock license plate bracket, pOS aftermarket radio that won't play burned CDs, turning radius of a fox mustang is roughly equivalent to the circumference of the moon

I hate all the grained plastic on the inside door panels and much of the interior trim, lower rockers and rear valance. That stuff scratches way too easily and it's impossible to hide blemishes. I am also annoyed at how hard it is for me to get out of the car unless the door is able to be swung wide open. You cannot do that in a tight space and I often end up bumping my shoe on the door panel or speaker cover while trying to get out.

Other than that I really have no issues about the design and quality of my Pony...

How are you bumping the speaker cover with your foot? Flexible much?

I have the same problem, door has to be all the way open. You have to remember, some of us are old and stove up.

Are you dense or what? I just explained it in the paragraph! When the door is not able to be opened wide enough there is not enough room for my feet to swing out and hit the ground without hitting the door. I do this often when I am parked against the wall in my two car garage while the Focus is on the other side. When I park anywhere else I always park far away with no other vehicles around so I can swing my door open as well as protect the doors from getting banged up.

that's any 2 door. What do you guys want, a 4 door stang? A big ol station wagon?

park where you can open door wide, stand perpendicular to the door/seat, sit down, (tap feet together to get rid of dust or rain or snow from shoes), swivel feet in. reverse for getting out.

It was the same for a British roadster I had - which was smaller than the Mustang.

You can also move the seat back when you're in a tight parking spot.

I love my baby. But if I did have a gripe, it'd be all the clicky-ticky-bumpy-clunky noises the engine and drive-train make. They always send me into panic "oh please tell me that wasn't a rod knock?!" mode.
