What a 96 mustang gt convertable worth

The mustang has 106,000 miles newer engine and auto tranny. Lowered, racing seats, coldair intake, 18" tire package and new fenders and bumper.

Condition of the car? Paint? How's the top? Any issues with it? Any Carfax problems? Title clear?? Tires needed? Way too vague of a description for an honest appraisal.
The pricing can range from a high of nearly $7,000 for an excellent condition one or two owner GT 'vert with those 106,000 miles, all the way down to $4,000 or even less for a car with a non-working, torn top, poor paint, bald tires, etc... Maybe you are somewhere in-between??
