Man oh man am I getting tired of this. My insurance adjuster lied straight to me yesterday. Apparently due to acid rain damage from the previous owner the overspray on my car is going to take more work which is fine. The collision placed called me and asked what I would like to do because hardly any of the paint had come off (I've dealt with these guys before and they are great!). So I call my adjuster and he says he doesn't want to fix it anymore at first. Then he has the gall to lie to me and tell me that the paint is all off.

So I go down to the shop and just as they said there is still paint on the car. I call the adjuster again and asked him why he told me two things. He then says he didn't think I'd notice and that he and my wife had agreed it was fine. He never even called my wife like he said he would!!!!!!!

Now to set the record the record straight I have never had a bad experience with Erie insurance until this guy. My home office agent is awesome and is luckily pulling some strings for me. I think its just this guy cause everyone else in the company has moved the procedure along smoothly and helped me out except for him. My agent said this guy is in some serious trouble!

Hopefully my car will be done next week.

My hat goes off to Roseman Insurance in Allentown and Reading Collision in Reading for doing such and excellent job!

Hope things get fixed the way ya'll want them to be. Its really frustrating when you don't get the respect you deserve and expect!

You go right ahead lynell, I won't stop you!

You know the funny thing is that he lives in the next apartment building. Can we say conflict of interest?

Cool

Well after much patience and dealing with the adjustors supervisor my car was given the green light to be fixed the way I wanted it fixed. The adjustor apologized to my wife and I and to make up for it is having the entire car rebuffed. The guy at the shop says that Josey looks like brand new!!!

I guess good things do come to those who wait!
