Rear bumper

Hello mustang fans,
On my rear bumper there are some spots along it that look like something possibly got on it or its just kinda rusted off?? Not sure but I tried washing it off and scratching it off with a rag..not too worried about it due to me saving up for dual exhaust so I will be getting a new bumper anyway. In the meantime any thoughts to take it off as u see in pic? Thanks

Hmm I've always used armor all on my bumper and on the sides as well. The sides don't look like this it's just the bumper..when I use armor all now u can kinda still see those spots

It looks like someone put some sort of coating on it, and its wearing off.

I'd try the Mothers or I use a Meguiar's exterior plastic trim spray that seems to work good for taking off accidental wax/etc. I stay away from anything Armor All...
