When a Geo Metro pulls alongside and revs his engine, do you humor the little fella or leave him coughing on your exhaust?

Humor . . . but only a little.
Most times I wouldn't do anything. Just let him/her rev their little hearts out and watch them "EXPLODE" once the green light drops . . . err . . . flashes!

Give 'em a little, start slow, then drop hard into second and let the rear tires roast past their window, then back off and resume normal driving. Have some fun, but don't waste my time.
