just for the forum, that track is Nurburgring-esque in that it weaves through the forest. Apparently this isnt the first time deer have jumped onto the track.

Not to hijack this thread but I know how he feels. Back in February I hit a deer at about 60mph on Westbound I-10 outside Junction Tx. That video is just what it was like. My wife and I were okay but the Mustang didn't fare so well.

The repair shop guaranteed that they could fix it back to original condition and the claims adjuster agreed with them. The insurance company was going to total it anyway and I fought to have it fixed and they wrote the check. Shop did a great job on it.
