I called CDC and they knew me by name because of the email. They apologized for not getting back to me quicker.

I talked to Patrick... He said he couldn't believe it got out like that and that he was going to personally hand pick a scoop to send to me. And a return shipping label for the damaged one.

Remember this is my daily driver (I sold my other car).
I know, I 'm just playing. (I really did get some chest pain though )

Now if I could just get some good looking WOMEN to stare at it and it's driver
There may be some single pony girls at the local Mustang Club. Imagine hooking up with a women who'll support your mod habit!

Good thing you initiated the call.

Personally hand pick?? Aren't they all supposed to manufactured to high standards alike?

Oh well, what matters is that they're taking care of you.

Good thing to hear. That is what they should do. Nice to know they are taking care of you regardless of the fact YOU had to intiate the conversation.

They should be, but I guess one slips by every once in awhile.

I'm happy with the customer service.

Now, let's see if Mustang Tuning replies to my email.

Looks pretty sharp, Daryl!

It definately looks 100% more aggressive with the stripes and shaker. Once the CDC Classic is added, it'll be the terror of OKC!

Again - I need to see lots of comparative pics to decide. I'll browse a little tonight.

Have y'all ever seen a pic of ghosted stripes on a TR? I think I saw a VB on here once - another browse I need to do...[/quote]

Thanks, she's just glad she's getting them on, so she can get them off sooner. They hurt a little at first, but she's doing fine now, and very little lisp.

Now I could have told you that! And you needed the DVD for that?

Well, when I had my '89, I used to just go out into the garage with my toe guage and adjust it manually while it was sitting on the ground. All you had to do then was loosen the lock nut and rotate the tie rod.

Mike (Kdf) - sorry about the scratch on your stripes. Looks like they will look really good when you get them on. And, it looks like 10 in will be big enough for your car

Daryl, I have a dumb question. Why did you have to protect the engine when you drilled the hood? Is there a reason not to take the hood off to drill it?

I am biting my nails reading this write-up. You are so non-chalant about that "when done, the hole looked like this..." thing. I would have just about been dying!!!

Ok, I caught up. I needed to tell you, Daryl, Chris was walking by my laptop (checking on me flirting with the ponyboys) and said that your VB looks absolutely awesome with the stripes!!! I agree. And I like the idea of the clear turn signals on it.

Hi Susan!

Yup, Tom and Daryl are trying to talk me into getting the clears.

I have to start (and finish) my stripe project first, which will be by the weekend (I hope!).
