Honestly, I don't know.
It was supposed to go to an A/C specialist yesterday afternoon. Whether that happened or not, I dunno.
My car is basically in que, when they get to it, they get to it. Kinda sucks, but if they can get it fixed without a hit to the wallet, I'll be happy.

I hear ya! I hate to pester (cause I know they'd be busy), but at the same time, I also hate not being informed of what is going on! Even an update to say there is no update at least lets me know if something has happened/not happened... Hopefully it'll be something that does not hit your wallet! Lord knows you've had enough of those problems!
I have to be more patient. It was my impatience to get the car back in 08 is the reason why the A/C doesn't work today. They were going to fix it back then, but I was like, "I want the car back and drive it now!".
It was in the garage all of February, so what's the diff, right?

Ya it's to bad we as consumers have to do that, most shops don't consider the customer service side of the business. Seems like once they have your car you're at their mercy. An average shop has one guy that knows everything then he has one or two beeatches that do the grunt work. If you're lucky they may have a receptionist that is the owner’s wife, mistress or friend w/ benefits!

Yeah, it really frustrated me when my Mustang was my only vehicle, cause when you're at the mercy of the shop, not much you can do, other than wait... Now, it's a little better for me, I could drop off the car if I needed to, but still, I hate to have to keep calling to find out if they have even looked at it yet. It's one of the main reasons I like to do most mods myself... I had to get my front lowering springs done at a shop, as I did not have the people or tools available to get it done myself, and not only did they have my car all day, but they screwed up the alignment afterward and I had to get it re-aligned at the Dealership (and get new tires!)... It's stuff like that which makes me think twice about other mods I want done where I need a shop to do the work...
Or, I guess I could stop modding the car... LOL!

I thinking of attending this event to eat and chat with other gear heads. Any other SoCal gear heads interested? The Kogi & Shrimp truck will be there. Five Axis is just down the street from Chip Foose's shop along with other shops used in Overhauling. It's a gear head mecca! It's not just a Scion or Ricer meet their suppose to mix it up this year.

Besides, still working on getting Bertha rolling w/o issues.
Hope you get the A/C resolved TB... There is a fine line between pestering and being patient. Too much pestering and they rush the job to get you to shut up and too patient they figure that you're not in any hurry to get the job done. It depends on the shop, IMO. Some are good and some are really crappy.

Not Mustang Related.....
Got the carb on and the truck running. Needs some fine tuning and some tweaking to make sure all the linkage stays put. Otherwise I think I have a solution to my gasoline leak problem
(knowing full well I just jinxed myself).
Mustang Related...
Taking SubZero to the paint shop tomorrow to get the final polishing completed. Should get the stripes on this weekend perhaps during the week ?? It looks so naked without them

So is the shop going to install the stripes?
