I know. Just kept putting it off. Bought this while I was waiting to either get a truck or a partial stock of parts to go forged. The truck happened first.

Funny how most of us keep dumping money into a 3-4 year old car.

Can you imagine starting all over again with a 2011? If so, what would you do differently?

Haha if I had a 2011 it would probably be signature car again but I would do a lot less bling. Maybe just do tires & wheels, suspension, exhaust, switch out the blower to a KB Mammoth. Stereo, radar detector that maybe it because the new cars come with just about everything else already.

yea... give us the 10-20 and we'll be the Mystery Shoppers

Think that's bad, I'm gonna start dumping money into a 41 year old vehicle

What would I do over..... Not a lot really, If I would have *known* I was going to be blown(he-he) probably wouldn't have gotten the C&L+tune. Other than that most of the stuff that the '11 has, specifically better brakes, mine wouldn't have been that much different. Perhaps no blower because of the increase in power for the '11

lord knows you can't fix ugly, so spoilers would have been outta the question,

This thing is going to be at a bunch of SoCal events ,I hear Barrett Jackson may do an OC event. It will be at the LBGP! I mean for me I would still like to eat at a regular CPK. I just like to tag along more for the events that this will take me!

If I started with a blank sheet, I would pretty much do the same as you. Non-bling so I won't have to stress about keepig things clean and polished.

And since the next one would be for me, it would be a DD, or share seat time with the Taco.

I can see putting money into a newly gotten DD, but I'm talking about still dumping money into a car for 3-4 years straight.

No doubt, I would've saved a bunch of money not buying all those NA performance mods.

I am still not done with this car, I don't want to think about starting over! LOL! Every time I do, I think about what I can take off my car to use on the next one, so as not to start completely over from scratch...

That said, I like the mods I have done so far... My mods have always been 'subtle' changes for the most part. Nothing too over the top, but you can definitely tell it's not stock... I would do the same with the new car...

Oooops... sorry Jed. I just realized that I forgot to call you back. I was real busy at work and then had to do a bunch of errands. I can call you Saturday after work if you want.

well next time let me know. You know I'm down for the NHRA museum. The Peterson is supposed to be killer, but I've never been there.

Yo Ray... giving you a hard time
