So according to the weight thread the spare tire weighs 25lbs and the
jack, tire iron and bolt that holds it down weigh 5lbs for a total of 30lbs. So assuming the tire inflator and foamie thing wight 5-8lbs were saving somewhere between 20-25lbs. Not bad considering the cost of other similar weigh saving mods. I'm really tempted to get the BMR K-memba (charlie's voice) . $500 though for some weight savings though.:dunno: |
