Car is done, now just trying to pick it up..... we got snow dumped on us today, and more tonight. The 5 is doing great though with AWD, it's great plus with DTC turned off it will do serious drifting in the white stuff LOL. Hey did you get your delivery today?
Yep, 3.5 years to build, a little over one week to disassemble....... But, cash is king.

I can imagine how nice it is to have AWD, especially in that weather. Of the many advantages the 5 has being able to get around in adverse weather more predictably is pretty big somewhere that has actual weather.
I'll be home in 30 mins.... will PM once there.
3-1/2 years. ****. But getting a decent chunk back helps

Hey, sorry for this late post but like Brian, vids and pics are blocked at work... But after watching those vids about the whistling muffler and the dumb a$$ leprechaun crap, it really hits home... It's freaking sad. Some of these folks probably voted in the election... Geez.
But the dudes with the GUNS... Hoo-rah!

I don't see why the local news even took to the second story, ratings must be down.

A Day at Brian's Garage!
Saturday morning SoCal Peeps job of the day Leo's UCA and Brian's Raptor shift light. For lunch we enjoyed some killer bbq beef sandwiches with all the fixing’s made by Brian's mom & dad. We washed it down with some Growlers from BJ's. All in all a great day with The Taco, George, Leo, Kevin, Luis & Lawrence as always. All hands on deck two stangs being worked on concurrently. Here are a few pictures and a link.
Enjoy Jed
The stangs stage for the mechanical and electrical teams.
The Taco going deep under the dash!
The Jed giving thumbs up to the progress so far
Mean while George & Leo under The Black Mumba!

Whose are these ramp/blocks under the Black Mamba and where did you get them? I need something like this to drive the Stang on to get it high enough to get the jack under the car. I've got some 2x6's but 1 is too short and 2 are to tall for the front fascia.
Also that BBQ looks

Hey, POTR dudes! Looks like you all had a great time! And B, your dad cooked up a storm...Sure looks better than that Tommy's acid reflux stuff I had near your folks' house yesterday...
And Leo, my eyesight is pretty bad but is that USMC on your plates?? I thought you were US Army? Anyways, you guys are great and full of energy... I'm jealous! Now the question is...did everything work??

I want to thanks everyone for coming over and many, many thanks to TacoBill, Jed and Luis for their over and above work with the Shift-Light.
FYI, reprogrammed it and no problems. It's a little high so if I back it down a couple hundred RPMs it'll be perfect.
Like Jed mentioned a perfect day in SoCal.
They are RV Leveling ramps/jacks. Dad bought them at camping world many moons ago and we haven't been able to find them since. They are great. Small & compact but they get the car up enough to get a jack under it without problems or to change the oil.
