I'd like to apologize to any and all forum members that were upset by my levitating computer. However I do believe a partial apology is required from George directly as it is mostly his fault.

Installed the front spacers today.

Haven't taken it out for a drive cause it's raining. what I did notice though while backing in and out of the garage the front spacers really add alot of understeer. To get the wheel about 45 deg. I had the wheel almost upside down. I'll test it through out the week but I may end up removing the front spacers.

Good new checked the rear spacers for torque and they didn't move at all this time.

Time to watch NFL playoffs.....

That's not understeer....that's a change in steering ratio.

Understeer is when you push straight in a corner eventhough the front wheels are turned

Yeah that's what I meant to say. So then is there a way to correct that and still keep the spacers?

Good to hear Leo. I'm sure before the month is out I'll get to see 'em first hand.

On the Playoffs..... What's the bet for the Green Bay vs. Seattle game ??

Packers win on the Frozen Tundra. Hopefully after another incorrect prediction by Hasslebeck.

""We want the ball, and we're going to win," said ex-Packer Matt Hasselbeck just before throwing a fateful and fatal overtime interception that went the other way for an Al Harris touchdown in a 2003 NFC Divisional Playoff at Green Bay."

It's ok I don't anticipate the Cowgirls making it that far. J. Garcia or Eli will make quick work of them.

Steelers/Jaguars good games so far.

You could be right, considering how they've been playing lately.

Black Chrome research

Kevin & I went out to Fast Forward Wheels in Alhambra, Ca to check out some rim finishes. We were doing some research for my black chrome project muhahahah!

Enjoy the stills & play by play...

Fast Forward Wheels are based out of Alhambra Tire.

Eli is the rep for the rim finishing and repair. Nice guy we had a good chat. He mentioned if he can advertise on TMS he will give us a discount.

Some rims on display

They seem to have good Karma here with this shrine

The tire machine looks like it get it done (sorry its a little fuzzy I moved)

They do all kinds of plating and selected area finishing

Some finishes I'm considering below Ferrari Black (inside light)

Outdoor light

Below left black chrome with a little gold in it. On the right black chrome with a little lighter more chrome looking

I think my choice will be somewhere between the bottom two finishes. Not sure if they will do the work they are deffinetly capable

I don't think there's any way Eli gets it done in the playoffs.
