Lol, I'll post pictures end of next week. This time I'll actually take pictures and upload them on here. I haven't done that in ages.

 

Went to Kevins/Bill's in-laws place today to swap the O/R H for the stock H. Gotta do smog this year so we swapped it this morning. I'm liking the sound of the stock H and Stingers. I'm liking it so much in fact that I'm looking at keeping it in place. I'll store the O/R H for awhile though just in case I decide I want to go back to super loud again.

 

HOLY CRAP. Hell has truly frozen over.

I almost wish I didn't sell mine so if I wanted to be obnoxious I could. But really I'm happy with the way it is at the moment.
OK, maybe hell didn't freeze over, Bill hasn't gone IC yet....





So I'll be at the QM @6am for all your parking radio needs.... Then I'll probably be at the booth or one of the booths early on. Do my rounds then I'll be GONE.

Yep, got it. It's pretty good. I am surprised. Looks like they may have pulled it off afterall. Ditching Bob Rock worked. Not a huge fan of Rick Rubin, even though he produced one of my all time favorite CDs, Wildflowers by Tom Petty. I have been going back and forth between Death Magnetic, a live Pearl Jam disc and a Blue Cheer disc.

 

Holy cow man I love Wildflowers...... I listened to that constantly when it first hit. I kinda feel that Lars is holding the band back on DM, I miss the triple and quadruple kick-drum beats of a decade ago. EDIT: OK, try two decades ago LOL....

I've only heard what they've played on octane, the day that never comes is tied IMO for best Metallica song ever, I love that one.

Also, I have pictures of a motor that's 10x worse than what Bill's looked like, I'll post them tomorrow.

Well I got about 400 miles on the clutch setup now...... and I chirped 4th gear at around 80mph today, no joke. Scared the crap out of me for about 3 seconds; then I giggled like a fat lady at the front of the line at Baskin Robins.
