I was surprised to see Senior drive up to the shop in a Ford this week. Every other car I've seen him on the show was a Chevy. I guess he is changing for the better.

 

I noticed that. Also noticed seeing it in his garage a while back when him and Jr. were working on that bike together.

Did you notice the blue smoke trailing behind it when he first pulled in? Looked like oil smoke, don't know what the deal was with that, unless he had just fired it up and pulled it down for them to get a shot of him rolling in. Haven't ever had mine do that, but my 4.6s would do that when they had been cranked cold, shut off then cranked again a bit later.

 

I didn't see that and it erased it from my DVR.

I was surprised they cancelled the show. I guess since they have reconciled they have lost viewers. I was still into it though.

 

I used to watch it and enjoyed the show but couldn't help but feel the real talent behind the show was Vinny. Hope he and Cody are doing well with their venture.

 

They're still doing stuff? Wow. I... woulda thought that show had run it's course by now.

Also: ONLY watched it, when I did (probably 3 years ago?) for the *actual creation/build process.* I cared not one whit, and would fast forward through, any arguments, as I DVRd them when I got that machine.

I don't *CARE* about your inability to work together, just build something cool and awesome and do it awesomely.

Like the Snapon Bike, or obviously the Fire Bike. Hell, the Lawn Mower bike that used an actual lawn mower engine! THOSE are the kind of things I wanted to see. Innovation. Cool designs. Making things work that didn't usually go on a bike.

Not the pissing matches and broken office items.

 

The Teutels suck. Senior is an idiot. Jr. is a retarded fruitcake. The bikes suck too.

I'm pretty sure the arguing on the show is fake too. I admit I used to watch it. But I also used to watch wwe/wwf

 

+1, I think their show like most "reality" shows are a bunch of B.S. and is scripted like most other reality shows.

 

I loved watching WWF growing up so maybe that's why I live the drama on the show. I know that most of the dialogue is scripted in some manner, but Paul Sr.'s lawsuits vs. his son were not and they didn't speak for 2.5 yrs.

It made for good subplot next to the builds.

I used to watch when it first started. We were in NY and just stopped by the old shop (original) and see if we could see them. This was in 2002. Paul Sr was out in the lot alone and was very nice to us at that time. Actually got a couple hats, autographs and pictures. I'm sure times have changed and people change but back then he was very humble.

 

I don't think a lot of the fights were fake. At one point Senior had a lawsuit out on Junior because Junior wouldn't give up his stock ownership of the company. I think they truly are that disfunctional.
