Overheard tonight....

Two guys walked past my car earlier, and one said to the other, "Those are nice hubcaps".

I just kind of giggled under my breath. If I tried to explain it, they wouldn't have understood.

if only hubcaps were the rage. i'm sure they'd be cheaper than new wheels every year, when we get bored of the style.

LOL. But we'd be agonizing over which hub caps look better...chrome, matte black, or charcoal. Then someone would have to start a thread called "Show us your concave hubcaps".

It could be a lot worse though. I hope this doesn't give Tony any ideas.

I'll bet the websites he visits for mods don't look anything like the websites that we visit for mods.

I will say that car has one thing going for it [barely] nice colour (paint) and the lift should make for the quick and easy oil change...no lift required!! as for the wheels.....*runs away screaming and tries to light self on fire*....

Oh and the avitar in the post right above this one has the best expression for the wheels....

I'm guessing that those obscenely large wheels are an attempt to compensate for an extremely small tallywhacker.

Nah, that's the reason they invented the lifted pickup.
