Orders From "American Mustang"
Anybody ever had any problems ordering goods from "American Mustang" ?http://www.americanmustang.net/default.asp
I placed a $67 order on June 12th and received email conformation on the 13th stating, "As soon as (VISA) payment has been received and verified, your Order Status will be updated to 'Paid'. You can track your Order Status by logging on to your 'Account'.
"If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via email at sales@americanmustang.net."
The only "Contact Us" information listed on their site is the above email address.
I have emailed them several times asking about my order status, with no replies.
So far as of today my order is still "pending."
Has anybody else ordered from them?
What is your opinion of how they handled the transaction and was it in a timely fashion?

Thanks for the information.
Someone else on another forum stated they had success with their order and will post a phone number for them tomorrow.
I will try to call them tomorrow and see what is up with my order status.

American Mustang
That website actually belongs to my wife. She also operates a screenprinting & embroidery business at the same location. She has been backed up the last few weeks trying to meet deadlines for baseball & softball all star uniforms. I called her and made her aware of the problem. You should hear from her soon. Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks for the reply. I can appreciate your wife being busy. I just was starting to worry about the order and any correspondence getting lost in cyberspace. I will be eagerly awaiting her contact with me.
