My "new" 2009 Shelby GT 500 with only 3900 miles! Nice little story behind it; We test drove this exact car 3 years ago when it was new at another dealership. (We did some checking & verified that it IS the same car) Couldn't strike the right deal, so we let it slide & I bought our '09 GT instead. The Shelby sold in Oct of that year, & apparently the owners rarely drove it. Sat in a garage with the cover over it. They traded it in to the dealership here in Greenfield, & I wasn't about to let it slip through my hands again! I went over it with a fine tooth comb, almost hoping to find something wrong with it. But it's absolutely flawless. Black w/stripe delete, just the way I would order it. Traded my beloved 09 GT for it. How often do you get a 2nd chance at your dream car? Don't know if it was Karma or what, but my wife & I feel like we were meant to own this car.

Thanx guys! Spent the past few days stripping the aftermarket stuff off my 09 GT, & I'm taking it in after work today. I love that car, & I'm gonna miss it, but I think the Shelby will soften the blow! More pics coming after I give it a proper detail. According to the original owners, it's only been washed twice. I really don't see any reason not to believe them since it came with a cover.

Thanx again everyone! One thing about the 07-09 GT500's I never was really crazy about was the wheels. My son bought a set of OEM 2010 GT500 wheels & tires that my buddy took off his 2010. When my son traded his car I bought the wheels off him. From the pic below, I think they're perfect for a black Shelby like mine.

Nice choice. Funnily enough, a fella here in the UK was looking for alternative wheels for his '08 GT500 and I suggested these. He agreed and bought a set. I think the later wheels really suit the earlier cars
