The BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW handles better and works better in the rain if that's a useful comparison for you.
Having said that, the NT555 isn't a bad tire overall for the price but if your willing to spend the extra bucks you can get more performance. The caveat being is the extra money spent worth the higher level of performance? From a safety aspect its a good idea as the extra cushion could mean the difference between avoiding a problem or not but at the same time if you use the car more or less in a pedestrian fashion ( read not an aggressive driver ) then your never going to approach the limits of the tires and that added expense might not be worth it.

Thanks for your input bob, from all the reviews I read about the invo's seem to be really good. Anything would probably be better then the really cheap tires I have on there right now.

I have had Mich PS2 on my M3 and they stick like glue. My mustang has the stock PZeros. they seem fine, but i can tell the difference. The new Mich replacement for the PS2 are the Super Sport. They last longer and are cheaper then the PS2....I would get the Mich SS. That's what i will get when i burn off the PZeros

Most all tires appear 'wonderful' when new. Unfortunately at the 50% tread life area the problems start developing. Road noise, tramlining, etc... The rubber also gets harder quicker in some instances which makes for a lousier ride and less grip. All tires get worse with age but this is where the money comes into play. The better tires will age much better and have fewer issues, even at the 75% tread wear mark. Good luck with them though.
