I guess that depends on what you're doing with the car. If it's stock, stay stock. If you've got mods, then you might want to upgrade. The upgrade conversation with generate all kinds of opinions and will depend on what you want to spend.
If you want to go 'on the cheap' I have a almost new stock clutch sitting in my garage. If you want to spend a bit more I have a 9000 mile Exedy Mach 500 sitting next to it. The Exedy includes a new slave cylinder and pilot bearing.
