My thoughts exactly. And that'd be the "nice guy" treatment. They wouldn't like me when I was angry...

To the OP, sorry to hear about this, bud. Take care of it how you can, and take delight in knowing that karma will come back 10 fold on the dbag that did this. There's a special place in hell for people that vandalize other people's property.

Sorry to hear. I hope you get it fixed the way you want, and the way you deserve. As for the spineless jerk(s) who did this, I hope they get what is coming to them.

If people who key cars for fun get caught, the owners should be allowed to key THEM.

I taught high school at an at risk school for several years. With the exception of the occasional cup left on my car, I'm so glad that my students took their frustration
out on each other and not anyone's car.

I'm shocked that college campus young men and women are responsible for this.

That's terrible OP!!

I have a friend who got a Camaro and 3 days after she got it, it was completely covered in key scratches! The sides, top, hood, the wheels, everywhere! And this car had a custom paint job, after market wheels, and a bunch of extras.
Luckily they had cameras on campus, and caught the group that did it. They paid for everything they damaged!

Hopefully you can get it fixed with little out of pocket.

Thanks for the support, guys. Sorry I've been busy with finals these past couple weeks so my online presence has been rather low.

I'm going to have an estimate on the trunk this week when I return home for break. As for the rear panel, someone did suggest this is a good excuse to upgrade that part, so I'm going to turn that negative into a positive. I didn't initially see it as a swastika but someone pointed that out to me and I'm thinking I definitely need to get that fixed.

With Christmas coming around, hopefully I can get all that fixed and do some further upgrades under the hood.

This is my nightmare.

Hopefully you can get it repaired and not have any other issues with the idiots at your school.

There are some cool aftermarket "sticker kits" (for lack of a better term) that you can apply to that back panel. I've seen flat black ones that people have posted applications of on these forums.

Best of luck with whatever you choose to do.

This is why I hate having a nice car I'm just waiting for the day that someone decides to do this to my car. Then I go on a mission to find who did it.
