Well I'm home.

Gotta say the people of Houston seemed to love Seven. Lots of thumbs up all the way home. Lauren says Houston sucks because you have to pay to drive anywhere lol.

It was a pleasure meeting Patrick and Mrs. Patrick.

I must say Patrick is not as old as he seems online.

And neither of us stand close enough to our razors.

I love all kinds of cars, especially performance cars, therefore I take notice of them when I see them on the road and give respect. I always give the wave when I see one, normally the "couple of fingers up over the rim of the steering wheel" type thing.

However, I've noticed something about the late model SS Camaros in particular. I'll see them and know that they see me, but I have seen them give my car an obvious double take, and when they realize its a GT500, they look away and refuse to make eye contact, or acknowledge that I "waved" at them.

But I've had numerous Challenger SRT and R/T guys wave back, give a nod or a thumbs up when I meet them.

Them Camaro people is a different breed.

LOL @ Lauren.

I bet Patrick would be a cool dude to have some drinks and conversation with.

You know Lee in my younger days I would have been pissed, but I got to spend an entire day alone with my daughter one on one and it was a beautiful day too.

Plus I got to drive my car probably 300 miles total like it was meant to be driven.

I'm glad they didn't have it. It gives me a chance to buy him something better anyway.

Now I'm going to get in my car and go check my Ford dealers lot to see if he got any deliveries tonight. I'll do the same tomorrow until I see a white Shelby there eventually.

Gary has to be one of the best dad's ever. He drove all the way from Hicktoria to Crackerville to get a present for his son. Then when "we be toys" sold it out from under him, he was perfectly cool about it and said "well I got to spend all day with my daughter in Seven". And the best part is when he pulled out of the parking lot, he got on it so I could hear Seven howl. I was grinning ear to ear, Mrs. Patrick scowled.
I was teasing Mrs Patrick about not liking my Mustang. Gary asked Lauren what Mrs Gary says about his Mustangs, she replied "she says you have a lot of them".

I saw him in a green escalade coming down the I15 back in '08. They had just finished a preseason game in vegas

I know what you mean. Time in the Mustangs with the boy is great. No other distractions, in a close space, conversation, etc. I love it.

I don't feel well. I ate a bunch of BBQ and sides, and red velvet cake earlier, then chased it down tonight with a quart of whisky and some pecan pie. I hate to say it, but I'm damned near sick at my stomach. Strange territory for me. Not used to being in this situation.

You people suck. I even saw Dennis on here but he won't jump in and talk to a brother. I know your kind.

I'd love to have a chocolate pop tart right now. Only pop tart I ever liked.

Sorry that you're having to work on Sunday, hope you have a good day brother.

Chocolate. And brown sugar cinnamon are the ones I like.

I only go into work for 5 hours on the weekend. 5am to 10 am. Home by 11. Then its time for a ride and put the car away for the winter.

Heading to a couple of Christmas Markets today, I'll post pics later. Didn't make it yesterday, ended up getting a leather Harley jacket instead
