lol reminds me of my buddy in school. He got regular care packages of black walnut cookies from his Grandma. She was in her 80's and would drive her Torino over walnuts in the driveway to crack 'em open. And couldn't see too good. So between shells (and prob gravel) you had to chew them very carefully!!

That's what they used to do when I was a kid at my granny's house. There were a bunch of black walnut trees and we'd have to pick them all up then let them dry for a day or two and put them in the driveway to break the hulls open so you could get to the walnut inside. And that sap in them was so strong it would stain your hands for weeks after shelling that husk off a big batch of them.

Basically my thoughts are to get a chrome grille, cut out the entire interior of it, then in either plastic, or sheet metal, cut out "FORD" to mimic the Raptor, then paint it flat black, and add the 5 amber running lights, 1 in each top corner, 3 in the top center. And possibly put black mesh behind the FORD in the grille.
Umm to be totally honest I think it would make the front end look too busy and draw away from what you are trying to go after.

I'm such a pathetic web addict.

Getting ready to go out and feed horses and wonder how far away the expected rain is from me. So I bring up my bookmarked static and active radar sites - which with this POS Hughes SatNet takes a few minutes. I glaze at the screen waiting for the sites to load.
Holy cow! The green blob is right over me!
So I immediately look out the window - which is like 4' away from me - and sure enough, the deck is wet and its raining.
Now why didn't I just look out the window first??

TWSS!!
I'm really on the fence too, I think it could look good but at the same time it might not fit the truck. My mom is a photoshop wiz, so I'm gonna ask her very nicely to do a little work for me. I'll take a pic of the truck with no grille, and then a pic with the stock grille installed with FORD letters taped over it. She can put the images on top of each other, clone out the interior of the grille and then the emptyness from the "open" shot would show through, giving me an extremely realistic view
