Just left my car at the dealer to check out the strut popping, CD skipping, transmission griding noise TSBs. I feel like a parent with their child in the hospital!

I'm worried they're gonna try to blame the strut popping on the fact that the car is lowered, but oh well.

TSB is Technical Service Bulletin. It is a notice that a car manufacturer sends to dealers regarding various problems and how to fix them. If you do a search in this forum you will find a list of TSBs for the Mustang issued by Ford. If your car exhibits any of the problems you can bring it in to your dealer for repairs.

a TSB is "Technical Service Bulletin", or known issues with a particular model car and the related fixes. However, they are not "recalls", but more minor problems.

Woah, Scarpi beat me to the draw!
On a sidenote, when I handed the service manager my list of TSBs, he looked at me puzzled and asked"Where did you get these?" On the Mustang Source Forum on the internet I told him. He must've been thinking, dang the internet and these informed consumers! They're not supposed to know about TSBs!!

I had the strut problems and mine's not lowered.......it's a common problem with Ford.
