I need help on buying a mustang please help!

Hello everyone my car has recently died and i'm now in the market for a new one.I've always loved the new look of the mustang and i'm pretty dead set on getting one, this will be my first sports car by the way. i've recently come across a 2010 v6 coupe basic module, ( don't really care to much for the gt such im driving it for looks not speed) The car has 52,000 miles with a asking price of 16,995. what i'm concered about is that its only 2 years old and has 50,000 miles on it already.

The car does come with a carfax and it seems that the previous owner ( there was only 1) did take care of the car doing regualr maintenance checks ups every couple months or so, but he did end up replacing the rear break pads, rotors resurfaced, air filter replaced, and fuel filter replaced aT 43k miles. the car comes with a 2 month warranty.

Is it a good deal, is there anything i should look out for? what can i being looking forward to at 75,000 miles and 100? should i get an extended warranty? anything would help, Thanks guys! and gals!

Honestly that don't sound bad to me. Next will be front brakes. But not too big of a deal.

That's not too bad. I drive mine a lot! It's a 2004 and just surpassed 100k miles. It's been a trooper with no real major issues. *knock on wood* good luck!

Usually, rentals excluded, miles like that are indicative of a lot of freeway/highway driving....trust me I know as I once drove 120 highway miles a day in a former life....which is generally regarded as a good thing as highway miles mean less wear and tear. Id agree you'll need brakes soon....and probably all 4 although if this was a highway car....could be 15,000 maybe 20,000 miles as I had my primarily city driven stock brakes last over 60,000. Now....what's coming up? Depends on the owner....what do bet the fuel filter hasn't been changed...overdue. I would argue plugs and wires and serpentine belt by 85,000 as well as shocks/struts by 85,000 (at the latest). Outside those out of pocket maintenance costs, you said extended warranty- does it come with some standard one? Either way with a car that's used and you expect to keep past 100k miles, yes I would warranty it...I bought mine new so I didn't have that ability, but I wish I did...I hit 85,000 and stuff just started happening
