For some reason my OEM wheel jack that came with the car has stopped working. The mechanism does not wind up or down.

The jack is from a 2005 Mustang GT. Anyone know what might I need to do to get it working again? Is there something that has seized up or possibly needing lubrication?

 

Sounds like it's seized. Try lubricating it to loosen the mechanism.

Ok gonna need the jack to change over some tires.

Does anyone know which areas need to be lubricated? Also, what lubricant would be the best?
