General Mustang Chat Not Model Year Specific

I have an automatic v6,and it seems like shifting into gears is kinda stiff,anyone know why?

Can you provide a little more info? What year? Over 100k miles on the car or a garage kept weekend warrior? Have you checked the fluid level recently to eliminate the obvious?

shift box maybe? my bronco and 08 shift really hard cause they both have a built trans
