Glove Reccomendations
I am asking for a reccomendation on some kind of driving gloves - and yes, I searched the forum - and no, not trying to improve my grip or look like a douchebag, as has been suggested.
Preferably something that breathes, is comfortable, wont damage the trim, and wont leave residue or 'fuzzies' on the wheel.
I am just so **** about the interior that I keep tissue in the cup holder and constantly wipe the trim (especially the plastic chrome) if I see any body oil or fingerprints or smudges on them. I just promised myself that if I ever bought a new car, it would be something special and I would do anything and everything to keep it perfect to pass on to one of the boys one day.

Sorry I will not be able to help at all, I am worthless.
But your topic reminded me of the movie Drive since he always put gloves on when he did a job. In this one scene they complete a job and a girl was planning to rip them off so he puts on his leather driving gloves and just gives her a giant slap to the face.
Again sorry for the worthless post, free bump though

I had some fingerless, suede and leather Atlus weight lifting gloves lying around and they work like a dream.
It's too hot in AZ to touch the steering wheel or shifter and i have sears/callouses on my hands to prove it
Much better than oven mitts!
other than that i agree with the finger print thing and obsessive cleaning (i wash my pony every other day, 4 hour detail it twice a week, and vacuum/detail the interior once a week) i keep microfiber towels in my cup holder.
- back on subject you can find some great ones that wont break the bank on ebay! ill probably order a second pair of full finger for racing (darn everything gets hot on the strip!) i would recommend suede/leather with a sealed interior (so no fuzzy residue when you pull off you gloves as suede does this when not sealed).
Hope you find some!
