[B]Hey guys im new to this fourm. Ihave 1 Q tho, The other day i was replacing the floor mats in my 65 stang, and wen i was the passenger side, i noticed a little compartment snuggled in under the glove box. Its not directily under the glove box, but deep into the bottom of the dash, with two doors. so my Q is: am i crazy and never knew 65 stangs had that, or is it somthing the prevouis owner put in? :mellow:

Never heard of a compartment under or near the glove box. They did make a small pull our tissue holder that was chrome on th front and had "Rotunda" stamped in the steel. There is a small door in the vent box by the passenger's feet, but that is the only compartment I've seen.

Sounds like the fresh air vent on the heater plenum.

Check out the pictures in this article and see if it looks familiar...

Yea on our 65 vert we have the lil door for the vent on the passenger side....what is that for anyways???
