Can a Mustang V6 get racing stripes factory installed?

I think so, but they might be dealer installed (vynell stripes). I wouldn't go for fords stripe kit anyway because they're to thin and don't go all the way down the bumper.

nope, don't go with Ford installed stripes also, too thin IMO
