Question . .
Is the 1995 Cobra Hardtop Convertible the rarest of the none R's? Or is it the rarest period?

They sent 2000 Cobras to Australia in 2001. They were converted to RHD, a new bumper and extra foglamps were added, as well as side marker lights above the Cobra on the fenders.

Good poll!
Good poll!
I'm going to have to vote for the '94 Pace car 'vert for sentimental reasons. The '95 R might be the best pushrod Cobra, and the 03-04 the fastest, but the pace car is the only one that I've driven/ridden in from Texas to L.A. and back on Route 66.

'96 Mystic cobra is what I picked, but i'm partial.
As far as Looks, 93 cobra teal and 00 R are my fav. Performance 2003-2004 cobra's are the best (specially with a few key mods)

for me, it boils down to the three Rs and the MystiChrome. but in the end, the MystiChrome is the one for me. but i guess seeing one every day at your local Ford Dealership does that to you. (now if i can save up my meager wages, i should be able to get it when i'm...24+15=39)

all of them are great, had to go with the 93 b/c it was the once that started them all. really kept SVT on the board, otherwise we might not have a higher performance mustang right now. and i agree, need a teal one!

Ok guys, I went with the '00 Cobra 'R'. A buddy of mine from Birmingham took me for a ride in his and all I can say is that car was F_ _ _ ing unbelieveable. I'm not real big on the spoiler and air dam, but Recaro seats, 6 sp. tranny, 5.4 with tons of torque, just a cool ride. I had a '98 Cobra and at its time was a great car. Also sold a '95 Cobra 'R' when I worked for the local Ford dealership.

At the 2000 SVT Experience when we took the tour of the Dearborn Assembly Plant (DAP). When we left the building we walked by 5 - 2000 Cobras with Australia stickers on the drivers headlight.
113 were sent to Australia like Brad said.
13 were kept by Ford as test mules for the 2001 Cobra and 2003 Terminator.

I don't know if Bourke still has his or not. He owns an Aamco transmission dealership in B'ham. He bought his at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville.

I think CVMC will be at Victory 7's Show in Force. At least I hope so. No excuse in not being there since the weather will be good (we hope).

yeah i agree. the spoiler is the only part i dont love. its not horrible just not the best. now if it were a true ducktail then we are talking. but the hood and front bumper are great. unfortunately, ill probably end up with them on my 04GT b/c of a tree on the highway

Interesting. 40 out of 77 votes have gone to the '03 - '04 Cobras. IMO, and without being partial, they are the best all around.
