I believe I found a major error in the "Standard Catalog of Mustangs." In the section dealing with 1981 the author lists that the GT had a "255 cu in (4.6 liter) V-8" I believe the 81's had a 4.2 liter engine (which would equal 255 cu in, 4.6 = 281 cu in). Just thought I'd point that out!

1964-2001. I didn't know there was a new edition out. I'll have to snag myself a copy!

Yep it's an error alright. I checked Brad's timeline the V-8 for 81 was 4.2L 120 hp engine. Interesting!
