Anybody have any thoughts on this product? Seems VERY viable in theory and practice.

There was an article written in a Toronto newspaper stating that a company making a similar product in Canada was charged with false advertising.

I'll dig up as much info as I can tonight, but I believe that this product is decpetive.

 

I did a little research and found that this product, and the manufacturer, seem pretty reputable. I'm going to keep digging. Like I said in theory and principle the product seems right.

And as a side rant Cincinnati decided to spray their "liquid salt' on the roads Sunday evening so looks like the Mach will be in the garage for a while. Oh . . . yeah it didn't snow or rain or sleet!! Not that I would drive the Mach on salt roads even with this product, but I would have a little added comfort, espeically for the chassis.

 

They tried to sell this to my mom when she bought her Envoy. I still think undercoating is the way to go.

 

I don't get how it works...

 

I know they use a similar system on new boats. It stops barnacles sticking to the hull and thus reduces drag (on the boats, not the barnacles....)
