Caught me a "coaling" pickup driver!!! :)
Anyway this intentionally blasting diesel soot at people is simply assault. Baiting such a driver into a speeding ticket was a suitable payback. Somewhere there is a youtube video of some idiots blasting the soot/smoke at a girl walking along the road. Real low class behavior.

How did I come up with them?
Edna is 20 minutes from Victoria. Most people here know Stone Cold came from Edna, but some people just say Victoria because Edna is like 5,000 people.
Edna was named after the daughter of an Italian-American railroad baron of sorts. He name the cities where his "spaghetti railroad" line stopped after his daughters. Edna, Louise, etc. At least that's what I was taught.
Victoria was named after a Mexican President or something. It was founded by Martin DeLeon in 1826.

Contrary to popular belief, all that stuff in the grocery store doesn't magically sprout out of the shelves and replenish itself.
