The Mustang, Challenger, and 'Maro are not muscle cars anyhow...they are and always have been pony cars.

 

Oddly enough, the 11-12 Mustang is really more of a true sports car than a pony car.

Because nothing has changed since the original post. The C5 site is still made up of a few, genuine automotive enthusiasts and a plethora of brand-loyal GM nutswingers.

 

like we dont have those? have you met the boss or shelby crowd(love them but they get alittle out of hand with the p1ssing contests)? ours just know not to have a mullet or to call on the love a cousin.

 

 

Mustang might still qualify, but the Challenger and Camaro are too big. Muscle cars IMHO along with some Mercedes, Audi and BMW cars and the mighty Godzilla, the GT-R.

 

Don't forget about the Bullitt owners! Every year they hold out hope for an updated Bullitt, only to get let down again and again.

 

only releasing the bullitt every now and then is part of what makes it special.

 

Or the other Camaro standby; "Dont worry, the Mustang might get you off the line, but with a CAI, cam, full exhaust and tune you'll motor right past him on the top end"

Of course this was advice for a guy running against a GT500 which may or may not have been modded.

 

I do love their excuses.

The paper on his dash says "Insurance Depot". If that's the type of company you get your car insurance from, I highly doubt you can afford a ZL1. Even if you could afford the car, that company would not insure a car like that.
