Angry Burned

My introduction to the world of classic mustangs has me burned. Recently bought a 66 mustang convertible only to find out the underside is rotted out. The first time on a lift the rear started to drop. I need a parts car with a "solid" undercarriage. If you have one or know where one may be I would appreciate the help.

This subject was mentioned on the intro page. You bought the car off e-bay, did they mention that it was rusted out? If not file a claim. Did you pay with PayPal? If so take pictures and file a claim with them, it's stupid easy to get your money returned with PayPal.

Mustangs Unlimied carries the dynacorn shells. You can also replace every part on a 66 from mustangs unlimited or other car sheet metal retailer. If you are on a budget give prestige mustang a call they are in GA.

You might go to the Mustang Club of America(MCA) WEB site and check with them. They have parts and parts cars, as well as restored cars for sale by members. Here is the link:

http://www.mustang.org/

You might also try these MCA advertisers:

http://www.Yearone.com

http://www.mustangsunlimited.com

Hope this is if some help.
