2010 alarm system
My 2010 has the idiot light on the dash is flashing for the passive alarm system. I never noticed it before is this something I should be concerned about? The owners manual is a little vague...

If you’re referring to the flashing red LED, this is the PATS light and it blinks about once every 3 seconds. This is normal operation for your vehicle.
